Yesterday Peter showed me how to use public transportation in Portland... it's pretty easy I think... I guess I'll find out when I try it on my own! Anyway, we walked around downtown and this was a neat outdoor exhibit they had at the Portland Art Museum as part of some special China thing.

Oregon!

Here is my new living space! Can you believe it?! I was so amazed at the great job Kathy & Peter did clearing out the computer room!

Here are the new curtains I made this morning to cover the French doors. Kathy had some nice old travel-themed fabric laying around.

Vampire Den

Getting ready to go to the vampire den...Peter made me a special pointed cross for protection/vampire killing, we rubbed it on the church to give it some power before we went. Here is the vampire den. All of the windows are boarded up because vampires don't like the sun.
We had to get in through a hole in the porch. I was not very excited about that...at all.

Here's a vampire dining room. Notice there are no chairs, that's because vampires don't need chairs. The fire place is also barricaded off, vampires don't like fire. They do like the USA though.

These vampires need new wall paper. Here is where one got in a fight with a werewolf and the werewolf scratched up the wall.

This is just poor maintenace on behalf of the vampires.

Vampires like music. Here are some guitars they made themselves.

Peter decided to crawl up in that hole to look for some vampires; none were found.

Here is a vampire bedroom.

Here is another vampire bedroom.

Vampires are very well read.

Fall is here!

Today is a beautiful day! The building on the far left of this is my office, right smackdab on the Lake. We went out for water quality testing today so all of these pictures are from our little tour around the Lake. Below you'll see that we passed someone having a small fire.

The clouds were amazing... they are starting to fill in the sky, we have a lot of rain forecasted for tomorrow.
